ONLINE REAL ESTATE CONTRACT

The form on the next page will allow you to enter information necessary to allow one of our attorneys to prepare the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors Standard Form Purchase and Sale agreement (NEFAR Contract). The NEFAR Contract has been carefully prepared by the NEFAR Forms Committee over the years to best represent and protect the interest of buyers and sellers in Northeast Florida real estate transaction.

The information you enter will be e-mailed to our office where one of our attorneys will utilize it to prepare a draft of your contract. The attorney will then contact you to further dicuss any additional issues you may have, or if necessary, to schedule an appointment to discuss things and review the contract in person. Your total charge for the preparation of any residential contract will be $450.00. You incur no liability for payment until you agree to these terms and conditions when you are contacted by the attorney.

The Best News: if you choose our office to act as the closing agent for your purchase or sale, the $450.00 contract preparation charge is all you will have to pay for our office to handle your closing for you from "A to Z"! We will make every attempt to respond to your request by the end of the next business day - if you need a more urgent response, please so indicate in the space provided.
