Mr. Bartlett has served as a member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtor's Education Committee, on the Northeast Florida Real Property Council, is a former General Counsel for the Jacksonville Apartments Association, a former Director of the Ponte Vedra Chamber of Commerce, former General Counsel and President of St. Johns County Taxpayers Opposed to Pollution (S.T.O.P. Inc.), a former Board Attorney to the Ponte Vedra Board of Realtors, and was appointed a member of the St. Johns County Aquatic Preserve Committee.
Mr. Bartlett is married to Kimberley Bartlett and has two sons, Chris (28) and Taylor (7). He enjoys saltwater sport fishing and boating as a hobby.

BLAKE F. DEAL III
is a graduate of North Carolina State University ('90), magna cum laude in Mechanical Engineering, and the University of Florida School of Law ('93) cum laude. While at the University of Florida Mr. Deal was a member of the Florida International Law Journal and as a member of the Trial Team placed 4th in the USA in the ATLA National Trial Team Competition in 1993.

He is a member of the Northeast Florida Builder's Association, Counsel and a Board Member of the Ponte Vedra Chamber of Commerce, an approved contracts instructor for the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, and is a regularly featured guest on the "Real Estate Show" on AM690 WOKV Talk Radio in Jacksonville.
Mr. Deal is also a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association- Real Property Committee, the Jacksonville Beaches Bar Association, the Florida Bar Probate, Real Property, and Trust Section, the American Bar Association Real Property Section and Aerospace Law section, and the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors.
He is an Airline Transport Rated Pilot with over 3,000 hours logged time and a jet type-rating, an FAA Approved multi-engine and instrument Flight Instructor, an FAA Approved Part 135 Check Airman, and President/CEO of Sterling Flight Services, Inc.- located in Jacksonville, FL. Due to his background in engineering and aviation, Mr. Deal also handles cases dealing in aviation/aerospace law.
Mr. Deal is married to Cynthia Fitzgerald Deal and they have a son Ian Fitzgerald Deal, who was born September 1, 1999. Mr. Deal enjoys flying small aircraft, saltwater fishing and boating, and carpentry as hobbies.
